What is our return policy?

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We accept returns or exhanges within 14 days of purchase. U.S customers now have two options to return your product. You can pick free return shipping and store credit OR a refund to your original payment method with a return shipping fee.

-Hold onto your return tracking #, we can't look up your return without it.

-It can take up to 7 business days to issue your store credit once your return is received.

-Exchanges can be done using your store credit to place a new order

If your account is flagged for returns abuse we can't accept your return

What isn't eligible for return?

Items must be unworn and unwashed with their original packaging and tags attatched.

Shoes must not have any signs of dirt or wear and in original packaging.

Pierced jewelry, cosmetics, sex toys and other beauty products with broken seals or packaging removed will not be accepted.

Intimates, swimwear and bodysuits without their lining will not be accepted.

How do I send back my return in the U.S?

We offer two return options below!

1. FREE RETURN SHIPPING: You'll be issued store credit to your Killer Lookz account within 3-4 business days and the shipping is on us! Feel free to use your store credit to re-purchase anytime.

2. REFUND TO ORIGINAL PAYMENT: We’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. A $7.99/lbs return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds take 3-4 weeks to process once we receive your items.

An email will be sent once your store credit is available or your return has been processed.

How do I send back my return out of the U.S?

You are responsible for your own return and obtaining a return tracking number. Don't forget the tracking number.

1. Pack your return and packing slip.

2. Ship with your choice of carrier to the address below.

3. Make sure to get a return tracking number.

The store credit will be issued once we received the return.

How do I receive my credit without a Killer Lookz account?

As soon as your return is processed, you’ll receive an email containing all the information about your account with Killer Lookz and how to use your store credit. Be sure to check your spam/promotions folders! All store credit is issued to the email address used to place the order.

I got my order and something's wrong! What do I do?

Please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order. If you received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, make sure to include photos with your order number when contacting us.
