When will my package arrive?

Processing time takes 3-5 days after which shipping time can take 2-3 weeks.

Can I still cancel my order after it has been shipped?

Please be advised we cannot cancel an order after it has been shipped as we cannot intercept such packages after shipment.

I can’t find my order, where is it?

After shipment items need to be inspected at customs before being handed off to the last mile shipping company. Tracking will be available once the shipping company updates the tracking.

How do i start a return?

Please first check on our Returns and Refunds page whether or not an item is eligible for return. Items must be unused and unworn. Contact us through KillerLookzOfficial@gmail.com, with your name and order number to begin the return process.

I ordered two items and only one arrived in the package?

Not all items are sent in a combined delivery. Items in stock will be sent out immediately while made to order or custom items will arrive later.
